I love all of your answers! The husband doesn't understand why I read before bed but it really is the best time ...

And A Suitable Boy, David Copperfield, The Daughter of Time ... love them all!

I'm planning to read Never Let me Go soon, so I'll be interested in your comments on it.

I've never read any Josephine Tey, but I keep hearing her name, so I'll have to keep an eye out for one of her books.

I've just answered these questions here:

Loved your answers thank you so much for doing it as know you are mega busy! How delightful we both like the same era's in time to read! You have also added several books to my TBR pile!

Very interesting, though I can't agree with you about The Pilot's Wife! I've put my own effort up on my blog here:http://hawkinsbizarre.blogspot.com/2009/04/time-to-think-about.html

Forgot to say - you mention Josephine Tey - I've just read Nicola Upson's An Expert in Murder in which Josephine Tey features as the central character. A great book, by the way, I see it's on your tbr pile...
