must be really hard to sell books you've not read and then look back and realize you want to don't know how you do it ,all the best stu

It's a double whammy with me - if it's hard to list a book for sale, involving much internal debate, and thinking I should keep it, the problem reappears when someone buys it and it passes through my hands again. Double loss.

It's a terrific book, I hope you find another copy on your travels. I bought mine on my one & only trip to the UK over 10 years ago. In Dublin, not the Lake District. KJ's biography of Christina Rossetti is also excellent.

Thanks for visiting Stu - yes, it can be hard but at the smae time it devalues individual copies - you know the book will pass through your hands again at some point.

Nigel - I know just what you mean. It is the same if family want the want book. Do I put my foot down and say no, 'buy' the book and hide it for Christmas??!

Thanks for your comment Lyn - I shall look out for the Christina Rossetti biography.
