I'll keep my eye out for more copies of Illyrian Spring... I've been lucky, seeing three of them in bookshops, one of those being in Paris!

More books for my TBR pile!

Thank you, I enjoyed being shown the links to new (to me) blogs almost as much as the 'to read' list. Sometimes you get lucky and stumble on nice things, but it's even better when someone you trust points them out.

I have a copy of Illyrian Spring going - an old penguin. It's battered, but would love a good home ... Let me know if you'd like it.

Many thanks for the plug too. Something to live up to being 'ever reliable'!

I know what you mean. My wish list on Amazon was always just 3 or 4 books at a time. Now I've delved into the world of blogging and read so many blogs myself I can't keep up with all the books I now want to buy.

I wasn't too fussed about 'When God was a Rabbit' before I read Simon's review. Now it is the next thing I want to buy!

Illyrian Spring is in Bradford Library (in the stacks, you have to request it) - I think that's local to you isn't it?
